The United States Health Information Knowledgebase (USHIK) is an on-line, publicly accessible registry and repository of healthcare related data, metadata, and standards.
USHIK is funded and directed by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) with management support and partnership from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) National Center for Health Statistics.
Notably, it has details on Meaningful Use Clinical Quality Measures by release date package. You can download individual CQM’s, CQM’s by release date package, or the most recent set of CQMs and Value Sets in a single file. Very useful.
